"Library Bonnet" is a zine begun in the 1990s by co-creators Tommy Kovac and Julie Fredericksen.
There were 8 issues that were sold through various indie zine distros, as well as Tower Records.
Library Bonnet even got a plug on the Canadian TV show Our Hero, and mentions in several professionally-published books about zine culture.
