The California School Library Association’s 2020 conference began today. On Saturday evening there’s a “Gallery Walk” in which CSLA area reps (of which I’m one, for section 4, which is Orange County) post up at tables, and try to connect with library workers from the sections we represent. It’s a social event, and people usually decorate their table, and have little giveaways, or games. My contribution is a giveaway of my original “Reader’s Oracle Board,” in a one-of-a-kind handmade box. I’ll also have a few other Oracle Boards that we can play with at the table. Don’t be freaked out! I promise I won’t ask Satan to tell us which books to read next. I’ll probably ask Edgar Allan Poe, or some other cool dead writer. You could ask Dr. Seuss, or somebody less creepy, if you want.
Here’s a link to the Etsy product page for this thing: READER’S ORACLE BOARD
